Restaurante Martini's on Av. Desiderio Rodriguez in Torrevieja offers a straightforward, no-frills dining experience centered on Mediterranean flavors, especially seafood and grilled dishes. This is a local spot where the kitchen clearly knows its way around fresh, regional ingredients like mussels, sardines, and a variety of rice dishes with lobster or monkfish, reflecting the coastal influence of Alicante.

The atmosphere tends to be lively, often busy, reflecting its popularity among both residents and visitors seeking a genuine taste of Spanish bar & grill traditions rather than fancy dining. On quieter afternoons, the friendly staff take time to engage, creating a relaxed vibe around simple touches like complimentary bread and crisps after you order—a gesture that feels like a little welcome from the kitchen.

Martini’s suits those who enjoy classic Mediterranean dishes in a casual setting, with the emphasis on sharing tapas or settling in for grilled seafood and meat. The menu includes local favorites such as mejillones a la plancha (grilled mussels) and arroz con bogavante (lobster rice), which have drawn repeat visitors. Those after a satisfying bite to pair with a cold beer or coffee will find an easy-going environment here, though the beer can occasionally lack the fizz of a fresh pour.

Visitors who value straightforward, genuine food with friendly and cheerful service will feel at home. The place works well for a relaxed lunch or dinner, especially if you’re keen to experience authentic local flavors without the polish of more tourist-targeted spots. Early evenings or Sunday afternoons appear to be good times for a quieter experience, while busier nights bring a bustling, energetic local crowd.

Called for food and drink. Found it difficult to order chips.mainly my fault with not speaking Spanish that's why I still gave four stars.ordered drinks 1 cafe con lette and 1 pint of beer. Coffee was good beer was nearly flat.such a shame.menu looked nice but with beer being nearly flat did not want to try food.on our travels we always try drinks and something small from the menu 1st.giving us a chance to focus what comes out of the kitchen and see what gets left.if all good we then order a meal. Staff very pleasant.plenty of street parking.flat area for poeple with disabilities for walking.

Visited on a quiet Sunday afternoon. Friendly greeting, complimentary crisps and bread after ordering. The entrecot steak tasted great but was a little tough to cut and chew. Everything else was spot on. Service was brilliant throughout.

We searched out Martini's because of a past excellent memory of their mussels. This time in addition to the mussels we had sardines and salad with dried cod. Our memory had not failed us. Everything was excellent and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Spanish family owned restaurant serving family type food. Don't let the plain exterior fool you. This serves excellent food and wine. Local people are more in evidence than tourists so that will tell you something. Staff are very tolerant of broken Spanish
